Export video

Rendered offline, one exact frame at a time, so the video is perfectly smooth even if this computer is slow. The file is WebM, which YouTube takes directly.

  1. Export the video (1080p or higher looks best on YouTube).
  2. Open YouTube Studio and upload the file.
  3. Paste in the title, description and tags below.

Edits here go back into the film script. Want music? Add a track from the YouTube Audio Library in YouTube Studio, under Editor.

Make an animation with Claude

Every film here is a film script: a JSON document that says where the scene is, who's in it, where everyone moves and what they do, and where the camera goes. Claude is good at writing these.

  1. Copy the format guide below and paste it to Claude, with what you want. For example: "Make me a 30 second animation of a girl flying a kite on a hill at sunset, with a slow crane shot at the end."
  2. Paste the script Claude writes into the Film script box and press Apply script.
  3. Watch it, then ask Claude for changes ("make the camera lower", "have him run instead"). Or frame a shot yourself: switch on Director camera and press Key camera here.
  4. Export, then post it.
